Yatinder’s interest in bodybuilding began during his time at Kirpal Sagar Academy, where he was introduced to gym facilities. His passion grew, leading him to train under Mr. Asad Nafiz in Saharanpur. In 2001, he participated in his first competition, Mr. Saharanpur, and by 2002, he clinched the overall championship title. In 2005, while preparing for Mr. Asia, Yatinder suffered a severe injury due to an accident during training, resulting in a ruptured lower back vertebrae and partial paralysis of his right hand and leg. This setback kept him away from bodybuilding for three years. During his recovery, he worked as a personal trainer in Meerut and later moved to Gurgaon, where he established his first gym, OTwo Gym and Spa, in 2008 .
